My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. The location was nice, and the surroundings were beautiful, but I faced several issues during my visit. The reception was closed when I needed assistance, and I had problems with my breakfast that was included in my rate but never provided. It left me feeling unwelcome, even though the place had potential with its beautiful garden area and lovely room setup.
